At Feather Sound Country Club, it isn’t only the majestic veranda overlooking the 18th green and the Grand Ballroom located in our 40,000 square foot clubhouse or the absolute best culinary offerings anywhere in our area that will help guarantee this. We also have the strongly dedicated people, the superb facilities, and all the connections you will ever need to make your wedding not only spectacular, but also to make the planning as simple as possible!
Perhaps our most important asset in helping to ensure your wedding or reception is everything you can imagine is John Schrader, our Food & Beverage Director of 10 years. In John, we’ve got one of the of the most caring individuals you are going to find, someone who is not only dedicated to making your wedding everything you want it to be, but who also has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right. We hear it time and time again from people who have had their weddings here that it was as if John cared as much about having the day go right as any member of the family, that he was an extension of the family itself. He takes a lot of personal pride in what he does, and all of his knowledge and experience will be at your disposal throughout the process.

The second floor of our clubhouse features our elegant Grand Ballroom, which was recently added as part of our $3,000,000 renovation, and also includes our wonderful veranda, which we can incorporate into any event and let the guests experience the beautiful Florida weather at times of the year when it’s appropriate. Overlooking the lush fairways, lakes and the green of our finishing hole, the veranda sets up as a very striking venue for a wedding.
